You're a Winner!
Call your victim and say "You have won 5 million dollars!". After they respond, ask them if they could hold. Then hang up. It helps if you say in the beginning "I'm *name* from *fake game show* and you are the lucky winner of the grand prize, 5 million dollars!" If your victim falls for it, they could be really excited! They could also stand there holding the phone for a long time! This hilarious prank call could make many different reactions for your victims!
