i have a really bad neighbour which is really mean to me my mum and my dad but im only young my mum dad are getting fed up with what hes doing and everytime i try do something like knocking down his igloo or something someone is always there so have you got anyhting snesky he loves his grass but hes normally up to like 3 at night

This has beengoing on for 6ong years. We are complete family with two pets. He has began keeping garbage outside the house. Music loud till 3 in the morning. Calls us name elephant Penguin and Big Boobs. Shows the middle finger he knows the time we go to work bcoz he looks through his blinds all the time. He says how my daughter has no boyfriend and how she is going to be alone in the summer. fo my husband his dick is small all sorts of nonsence...... we have a man to cut our grass and do the snow we have Cameras he was arrested twice. Please can some one please help us. Please advise? I love my home and I do not like the IDEA CHANGE HOME I left my home town for better education for my kids and now we have to go through this Illtreat person. He does not work he is a home stay dad with 2 girls and the woman works for CIBC in the call center. Both made for each other. Please help us. Thank you and God Bless

My ac and toilet lines are outside. My neighbor, whom I have a restraining order against, continues to torture me by putting something in the outside toilet pipe, which just has a cap on it, and cutting my ac fan line. I have no money for security, and I can't be protected by the police or restraining order. Please let me know what other evil things can be done to my property, so I can at least protect myself with lights to the property (focus lights). I can't stay awake all night listening to see if he is on my property. I need my sleep, and I sleep so deeply, I don't hear him outside tampering with my property items. Please someone help.
