Crime scene tape prank

Buy a roll of novelty (or real) police crime scene tape and stretch it across your neighbor's driveway when they are at work. Make sure nobody sees you do this! Imagine the shock they'll have when they return home (or when other neighbors see it). Add to the effect by drawing a chalk outline of a body onto the asphalt street.

That would create a major moment of dread. On a similar note, how about sticking "warning: biohazard" decals on their trash bags and garbage cans?
