Tell your sister to start painting or drawling coloring ect. pictures. when she asks why just say for a reason. if she refuses bribe her with something like candy ect. then get about 2 or more people. so including yourself there should be atleast 3 peeps. hahaha. then ask them to get ready. make sure you ask them for crazy things like fake poop spiders army men whatever. decorate some and hold some. when she or they walk in BAM!!!!!!!! there is fake poop spiders and whatever you used everywhere. it will scare the poop out of them.
