You can call your friends pretending you are calling from Population control Authority India.
During call introduce yourself and then say you got number from database of all citizen above 18 years.
Ask question as if from a standard template.

Married, non-married.
How many kids are you intending to have if you like to have kids in future.
How many do you currently have.
Question them mercilessly on why you have more or why you like to have more than one kid. as its adding population and utilizing resources etc..

Tell him/her that you are marked in RED category and to move to GREEN category, you have to undergo a training from govt authority etc..etc..

use your imagination and keep dragging until they realize.
