Mouse Not Moving?

Ok so I had played a prank on my friend a while back. She came over again and we tried the prank on my brother. I saw he was watching youtube and told him to play basketball or something. I taped paper to the laser of his mouse. I told him I'd typed something into his search bar. He noticed his mouse was frozen and said his computer locked up. He restarted it and hoped it would work. About five minutes later he told ujs he figured out what we did. HE ACTUALLY RESTARTED HIS COMPUTER! But then he found out!

1) Tell your victim you need to do something on their computer or to do something else other than play the stupid computer
2) Take paper and tape and tape the paper onto the laser part of the mouse
3) Tell your victim something is wrong with the computer
4) Wait for them to figure it out and if they don't tell them what you did
