If you want real revenge then purchase some dandilion seeds from ebay and when its dark throw them all over the neighbours lawn sit back and wait. it wont be long before they overtake the complete lawn

Put rainbow food dye on the toothbrush then you cover it with a bit of toothpaste wait until your target goes and brushes their teeth...
